Art of Living

hi i am b.tech student from jhansi.
I basically want to know how i can join yes or yes+ and also want to know what is told in these courses and all other courses as well.
please provide imformation about nearest center and contact phone numbers as well as soon as possible.

As far as i know yes courses are only for children upto 18 years of age. So you might have to do the basic course as i suppose.

But what he actually wanted to ask is that "what is taught in the general art of living courses" whelther it be YES of BASIC..?
