Yoga for fitness?

I am little bit fat so is yoga going to help me out from fatness?Please help me out I don't like to be fat or should I do the dieting?

Do regular Yoga to keep fit and healthy.

No need dieting but take less fats and fat products in your food.

Sri Sri Yoga was my first time when I was joined this type of activity first...
when my friend was told me to join I was really dil se not interested to join yoga but he told me to join and sail "you will really enjoy yoga course"
so I was joined
and on the very first day on the start of yoga I feel joy.
second day there was a rainy season and I thought that the yoga may be post poned today but from the AOL representative I got message that it will be teached inside the hall so I was joined also on that day
Sri Sri Yoga has given me the inspiration and after that I also joined AOL Basic Course Part 1.
I have really a great desire that the basic course part II must be taken in Gondia and Guruji must have to come in Gondia
to motivate us.
