If u r having backpain continuously from some time do not do any excercise and just have walk on plain surface .
Do not do any strectching .If pain is more consult Dr. take rest and walk both.
Dont stand long and sit for long period.
ok
Take Good diet and when u feel comfortable after few days start with little stretaches side wise and then improve further.
