Jai gurudev guru ji ,earlier i don't know anything about art of living...... i have just heard the name.... but after doing the basic course i believed in it ... and sudarshan kriya really works.... I can't tell u hw much lucky i feel myself for doing that course and for being the part of art of living family...i feel gud after doing sudarshan kriya and i feel free of all the tensions and worries..... thank you Guruji for coming into my life and to teach me " THe ART Of LIving".... i try to follow your sayings.... love you guru ji.............you changed my life..........!!
